Pay-as-You-Go Service

No refunds are provided for pay-as-you-go services. Pay-as-you-go credits are valid for one year from the date of purchase. We offer different credit packages for purchase as needed.

Subscription Service

Refunds for subscription services are subject to the following conditions:

Time Limit: You must apply for a refund within 3 days of your purchase date.

Usage Limit: No refunds are available after using more than 10 credits (1 credit = 1 service use).
